Registration Fee

Important Notes for participants whose papers are accepted:

1. In order to participate in the symposium and present the accepted presentation, it is necessary to pay both registration and accommodation fee. If one of these is missing, the application will be invalid.

2. Participants who will not stay at the hotel have to pay a non-accommodation registration fee in addition to symposium registration fee. If one of these is missing, the application will be invalid.

3. Both symposium and accommodation registration fees should be credited to relevant accounts until September 10, 2021.

4. If co-author of a presentation will participate the symposium, each participant is required to pay both registration and accommodation fees. Any participant may present only two presentations. Only registered participants will be given attendance certificate.

Registration Fee and Included Services

Registration fee:
Academics (Faculty members) - 35 €
Research assistants, lecturers - 25 €,
Teachers and graduate students - 15 €

Included services:
Symposium bag (summary booklet, symposium program, notepad, pen, etc.) tea, coffee and refreshments.
Note: An identification badge and attendance certificate will be issued for those who register as an audience.

You are kindly requested to enter the following textual information as to the transaction details section of the wire transfer / electronic funds transfer transaction through which they will be sending the participation fee: “TURKBILMAT – Presentation Number – Name of Corresponding Author”.
