MEB İZİN GENELGESİMilli Eğitim Bakanlığı Öğretmen Yetiştirme ve Geliştirme Genel Müdürlüğü 11.09.2012 tarih ve 26404 sayılı yazıları ile Bilimsel Toplantılara katılan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin izin durumu, yolluk ve yevmiyeleri hakkında açıklamaları bulunmaktadır. Bu yazı ile; sempozyum, panel ve benzeri bilimsel toplantılara katılan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin izin durumu, yolluk ve yevmiyeleri konusuna açıklık getirilmiştir. Bu yazıya göre;
1.Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ile üniversiteler iş birliğinde gerekse üniversitelerce yapılan bilimsel toplantılarda, bildiri/poster sunacak yönetici ve öğretmenlerin;
a) Öncelikle katılmak istediği bilimsel toplantının kendi alanlarında olması (veya ilgili alanda yüksek lisans ve doktora yapıyor olmaları),
b) Bildirilerinin/posterlerinin bilim kurulunca kabul edildiğini belgelendirmeleri,
c) Katılım ücretlerinin kendilerince karşılanması,
ç) Harcırahlarının, bağlı bulundukları dairelerine ait ilgili bütçe yılı yurtiçi geçici görev yollukları tertibinden karşılanması, kaydıyla yolluk ve yevmiye verilerek bilimsel toplantıya katılımlarının sağlanması ve bilimsel toplantı süresince yol hariç görevli-izinli sayılmaları gerekmektedir.
2. Diğer yandan; bu tür bilimsel toplantılara dinleyici olarak katılmak isteyen yönetici ve öğretmenlerin ise dersler açısından eğitim/öğretimi aksatmayacak şekilde – kayıt ücretlerini yatırdıklarını belgelendirmeleri şartıyla – yolluksuz ve yevmiyesiz olarak kendi imkânlarıyla katılımları için izinli sayılmaları hususunda gerekli kolaylık gösterilmelidir.
3. Ayrıca tüm katılımcıların, bilimsel toplantıları düzenli olarak izlemek suretiyle toplantının organizasyonu, çalışmaların bilimsel niteliği, eğitim sistemine ve öğretmen yetiştirmeye yönelik sağladığı yararları ve katkıları hakkında hazırlayacakları raporu çalıştıkları birimlere sunmaları gerekmektedir.

Dear Colleagues,
We are excited and happy to invite you to the 6th International Symposium of Turkish Computer and Mathematics Education (TURCOMAT-6) organized by the Mathematics Education Association and the Turkish Journal of Mathematics Education, hosted by Başkent University, Faculty of Education and will be held in Kızılcahamam on 28-30 October 2023.
TURCOMAT symposiums have become a biannually tradition in the field of mathematics education and educational technologies and become knowledge festivals in which contemporary information, experiences and approaches are shared with the contribution of you. No doubt, these exchanges will contribute to the emergence of new ideas in the field of mathematics education and to the rising of original projects. In addition, we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Patalya Resort Hotel in Kızılcahamam, and we will have a new perspective on all aspects of mathematics education in the 2nd century of the Republic of Türkiye
Like the previous symposiums, the 6th International Symposium of Turkish Computer and Mathematics Education (TURCOMAT-6) will host new developments, trends, researches and discussion on education technologies and mathematics education fields. Symposium language is Turkish (including Azeri, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Uzbek and Turkmen Turkish) and English. 20-minute oral presentations and 60-minute presentations of completed postgraduate theses or research projects as part of "Comprehensive Research Studies" as well as poster presentations will be organized. Any study submitted to the symposium will be reviewed by two members of scientific committee. Original studies selected among the accepted proceedings after reviewing process will be considered primarily in the evaluation by the the Turkish Journal of Mathematics Education.
